Hello, Welcome to Body Mechanix Massage Therapy!

My name is Molly Engels LMT, RP. I am married to my best friend, David. We live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with our 3 boys, cat and dog!  I am natural a minded person. I home school my boys and enjoy watching them explore the world around us.

I love to be outdoors where I enjoy collecting shells, feathers, crystals and rocks. I grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where I attended Capri College of Massage Therapy. I graduated from Capri in August of 2002.

I am a master massage therapist and have experience in a spa setting along with experience in a setting that is more focused on massage therapy. I have been licensed in the states of Iowa and Connecticut.

Massage therapy is one of my passions and I am excited I get to share that passion with you! I personally believe that we need more positive, healing touch in our lives, and that it is extremely important now, more then ever as the world we live in becomes increasingly digital.
